7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. The resolution of any dispute arising from this Legal Notice will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile when the User has the status of consumer. When the User does not reside in Spain and the operation has been carried out outside of Spain, disputes will be submitted, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
