Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As a consumer, you are protected by the rights recognized by Spanish legislation for buyers in the event of product non-conformity, regulated by articles 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (modified by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021).
If the product you receive has a defect, does not match the description on the Website, or does not work as it should, you have the right to:
- Its repair or replacement.
- A price reduction.
- The termination of the contract with a refund of the amount paid.
The consumer chooses the remedy from the applicable options, unless the chosen option is impossible or disproportionate.
How to activate the warranty
If you detect a defect or lack of conformity:
- Write to us through the contact form as soon as possible.
- Provide your order number and describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
- Attach photos or videos of the defect and the original packaging.
We will respond as soon as possible with the next steps to resolve it.
What the warranty does not cover
The legal guarantee of conformity does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, alteration of the product, or use contrary to the instructions for use and maintenance.
Please note in particular:
- The plate is not dishwasher safe: the aggressive cycle and alkaline detergents can damage the anodized finish.
- Do not place the plate in an oven, microwave, direct flame, or freezer.
- Hand wash with warm water and neutral soap; dry with a soft cloth.
Product damaged during shipment
If you receive the package with visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery note at the time of receipt and write to us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product. More details in Shipping.
