Your right to withdraw
If you purchase as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to return it without needing to justify your decision and without any penalty. This is what Spanish legislation calls the right of withdrawal (articles 102 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
How to initiate a return
- Write to us via the contact form indicating your name, order number, product to be returned, and your express wish to withdraw.
- We will respond with the return address and next steps.
- Send us the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication. Direct costs of return shipping are at your expense, unless otherwise expressly stated.
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
Product condition
For a full refund, the product must be returned in perfect condition, with its original packaging and without signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and function. A loss of value due to handling other than what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refunded amount.
Refund period
We will refund all amounts paid (including standard initial shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof of having shipped it.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article 103 LGDCU, the right of withdrawal will not apply to products made to customer specifications, personalized products, or sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene once opened.
Defective or non-conforming product
If the product is defective, arrives damaged, or does not correspond to the description, it is not necessary to invoke withdrawal: you have the legal guarantee of conformity recognized by Spanish legislation for consumers. Write to us via the contact form attaching photos and describing the problem, and we will resolve it as soon as possible (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination).
