Shipping is free to all of Spain and the 27 countries of the European Union. No minimum amounts and no surprise charges at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are approximate and are counted in business days from order confirmation. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and stock availability at the time of shipping.

Order Tracking
As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, we will send you the tracking number and the link to the carrier by email. From there, you can see the package's real-time location.
If you have not received anything within 24 hours of order confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder. If it still doesn't appear, please write to us via the contact form.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the indicated period or if you receive a damaged package:
- Note it on the carrier's delivery note at the time of receipt if the damage is visible.
- Write to us via the contact form within a reasonable time, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.
- We will respond with a solution (reshipment, replacement, or refund) as soon as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before confirming your order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or missing recipient address, the cost of a new shipment may be at your expense.
Customs
Shipments within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or procedures.
