What exactly is DefroX™?
DefroX™ is a defrosting plate that leverages the high thermal conductivity of its aluminum alloy to transfer heat from the ambient air to frozen food. No electricity, no microwave, no water: you simply place the food on the plate and it defrosts in a fraction of the usual time.
How long does it take to defrost?
It depends on the thickness and type of food. As a reference: a chicken breast or a thin steak defrosts in 15–30 minutes; pieces about 2 cm thick in 30–60 minutes. The plate's surface temperature drops while it works: this is completely normal.
Does it work with all foods?
Yes, with frozen meat, fish, seafood, fruit, and vegetables. For vacuum-packed foods, remove the plastic before placing them on the plate to speed up the process.
Does it need to be plugged in or use batteries?
No. DefroX™ does not require electricity or batteries. Defrosting is 100% passive.
Use and Maintenance
How do I clean it?
Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe: the aggressive cycle and alkaline detergents can damage the plate's anodized finish.
Can it be put in the oven or microwave?
No. The plate is designed to work at room temperature. Do not put it in the oven, microwave, direct flame, or freezer.
How long does it last?
With normal use and following the cleaning instructions, the plate is designed to last for years. The aluminum alloy is corrosion-resistant and maintains its thermal performance over time.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Spain and to the 27 countries of the European Union.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order leaves the warehouse.
I placed an order but didn't receive confirmation?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it doesn't appear within 24 hours, please write to us via the contact form, stating your name and the date of purchase.
Returns and Warranty
Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without justification. More details in Returns and Refunds.
What if it arrives defective?
Write to us as soon as you receive it, attaching photos. You have the legal guarantee of conformity that Spanish law grants to consumers. More details in the Terms and Conditions.
